Season 14 gives Diablo IV farming a much clearer rhythm. Instead of bouncing between old boss routes and hoping luck turns up, you can build a proper loop around the loot you need. A good stash of D4 items matters more now because targeted activities can feed straight into Mythic attempts, Greater Affix hunting, and upgrade materials. The big change is simple: high-Torment Deathtoll Chambers always hand out at least one Superior Lair Key. Sometimes you'll see more. That turns keys from a lucky surprise into something you can actively stockpile.
Build your run around Ruptures
Pandemonium Ruptures should be the centre of your session. They show up more often, move through the area, and bring enough elite packs to make the run feel worthwhile even before the chamber opens. Realmwalkers are the steady option. Activate three altars, bring the walker down, then clear its chamber for a guaranteed Superior Key about every 20 minutes. Between those spawns, jump into Nightmare Dungeons and close fifteen rupture tiers. Hell Tide works too: look for the large orange rupture with a cultist at its heart. It pays Cinders, can trigger Butcher trouble, and still opens the same chamber reward.

Don't burn Superior Keys the moment you get them. Bank a stack, then head into the middle Lair Boss path for the Nemesis chain. A normal Lair Boss can lead to a Nemesis Lair, then a Greater Nemesis Lair, and eventually a Call of Evil. That last step costs three Superior Keys and opens the Ultimate Nemesis Lair. It's rough, especially without a solid build, but this is where repeatable Mythic chasing starts to make sense. Lair bosses can also drop their own target Uniques as Mythic versions now, so boss-specific farming isn't dead anymore.
Make the side rewards pull their weight
Your War Plan can make the same grind pay twice. Take Night Terrors with Meat Brothers in the Hell Tide tree. Nightmare Dungeon ambushes then swap Hellborn for two Butchers, which means big XP bursts and Profane Mind Cages instead of a throwaway interruption. Keep these small jobs in rotation too.

Its Hoard is the focused play for Uniques, Charms, and Mythics, while the fight itself can drop Pandemonium Fragments based on Torment. Players looking to round out builds can also pick up D4 items cheap while saving their best keys for the bosses that actually move the build forward.
